Invitation Process

Clients will always be informed and kept up to date along the way.  We like to keep you updated on our progress and we might even send you a few pictures to show you!  Proofs are sent throughout the designing process and approval is always needed to continue, especially before the final print.  For rushed orders, please understand that we need your prompt replies if there are any questions or approvals requested.  We are only as fast as you let us be!

When To Order?

Please contact us at least 2 months before your event.  Invites should be sent out 4 weeks beforehand and it will take at least a month before that to create them, depending on our current workload.  Most of the time, we can accommodate rushed orders - just ask!

Weddings

  • Ordering a sample invitation is recommended.  Samples & final invites always include the invitation and matching premium envelope.
  • Orders require a 50% deposit.
  • Traditional invitations are usually mailed out 4-6 weeks before the wedding.  Contact us 3-4 months prior to your date.  The earlier, the better.
  • For destination weddings, invites should be mailed out at least 3 months before your date, therefore you should contact us 6-8 months ahead of your date.

Don't Forget!

For any type of invitation, it is essential to have the post office weigh your invite (fully stuffed) so you can get the proper postage.
